Comfortably sleeps six on two quality queen beds and a new sleeper sofa. Both bedrooms have closets, are well-appointed and spacious. A large landscape picture window in the dining and living room areas provides an unobstructed hypnotic view of Paugus Bay, the docks, your boat, and best of all the sunset EVERY EVENING. Enjow your meal overlooking the water and then melt into the huge reclining leather sectional for some well-deserved R & R.

$50 cleaning fee, $250 refundable security deposit
