A large landscape picture window in the dining and living room areas provides an unobstructed hypnotic view of Paugus Bay, the docks, your boat, and best of all the sunset EVERY EVENING. Enjow your meal overlooking the water and then melt into the huge reclining leather sectional for some well-deserved R & R.

May and October - $800/week;
early June and late September - $1,000/week;

Bike week - $1,600/week; Half Bike Week is $800 if avail.
$50 cleaning fee, $100 pet fee, $250 refundable security deposit
