The M Resort Residences Luxury Hotel Condominium is marketed as the 5-Star Hotel -- Marenas Resort. This very suite would be marketed as the Sunny Isles Suite if it was rented through the formal hotel program.   Outside that program, this owner offers you discounted access to a luxury hotel experience.  You may see a number of suites for rent by others in this building, but my panoramic ocean and bay views and height offers a premium view.  Not too high to see the sand with ocean, and at night -- wow.  The Aventura cityscape over the bay lights up for a spectacular view.

The property is only 15 minutes away from Ft. Lauderdale's Hollywood International Airport and 30 minutes away from the Miami International Airport. Let's make a deal on a package rate for your needs.

Enjoy the hotel's room service and have a relaxing breakfast or drink on your private balcony.  Inside this marbled and carpeted 700 sq.ft. suite, you will enjoy two cable televisions, wireless Internet service, floor-to-ceiling windows, a fully equipped (coffee maker, toaster, china, stemware, flatware, pots, placemats, etc.) Italian-style kitchen of granite counters and stainless steel appliances, a separate bedroom with a king bed (in Egyptian cotton linen and plush down comforter),  in-room safe, radio/alarm clock, DVD/CD player and more.  The oversized marbled bathroom is also equipped with the little extras like blow-dryer, lighted vanity mirror, and a digital scale.  This handicap accessible suite is perfect for corporate temporary/executive housing or for that get away when you just want more space than the typical hotel.

Outside the unit, besides the luxury hotel amenities, there’s more than beach and water sports.  Within walking distance (4 blocks), one can find car rental, supermarket, and many other convenient services. Sunny Isles is adjacent to the cities of Bal Harbour, Aventura, and Hallandale which offer fine shopping /dining, family shopping/ dining / entertainment, and Gulfstream Park Racing & Casino respectively. Bal Harbour is touted as the world’s most indulgent square mile, a “Mecca for celebs and fashionistas, and a people-watching scene that rivals Beverly Hills, Paris and St. Tropez.” On your way to Bal Harbour, stop off at Haulover Park Beach. It is the only legal nude-beach in Miami.

Although the M Resort has private beach access, you may still cruise over to Haulover Park for its full-service marina, boat ramp, sport-fishing tour boats, dive shop, restaurant, tennis courts, family nine-hole golf course, sundries shop and kite shops, as well as shops that provide beach rental equipment such as kayaks and chairs.

If you wish to go further south, the condo is less than 15 miles from the famous South Beach district (known for its clubs, sidewalk cafes, music and nightlife).

OWNER'S STANDARD RATES (excluding parking and resort fees):

1-Weeknight @ $130 USD
3-Night Weekend @ $600 ($200/night, 3 nights required)
7-Night Week @ $1,000 USD
One Month @$3900 USD in Summer and $4200 in high season

Owner accepts credit card and checking account payments through Paypal. Processing fees applies. Cashier checks and Money Orders also acceptable -- without processing fees.

Minimum stay: 3 Nights
Lodging Tax: 13% included in above rate
Check-out Cleaning fee: $35 included in above rate
Mid-stay housekeeping for weekly stays and weekly housekeeping for monthly stays are included in rate.

Other Fees: As an owner's guest, additional housekeeping services are available at an additional charge of $35 per occurence.  

Owner's guests for any suite in this hotel are now required to pay the hotel's resort fee directly to hotel.  This allows for access to two beach chairs, four beach towels, one umbrella, wireless high speed Internet access in common areas and in-room, and FREE local phone calls.  The hotel will also collect directly from renters a fee for valet parking.
