floor of a one-story end-unit on a lake side street. It has 2
bedrooms, plus a den, and 2 baths, one with Jacuzzi tub. Wrap around
screened-in porch and deck with view of Pine Lake. It sleeps 8 on 1
king bed, 2 single beds, Twin Day bed & twin trundle in the den. Fully equipped kitchen and full size
washer and dryer. Renter's supply their own linens.

Amenities include a  Dell computer with free DSL Internet
connection, three TV’s, DVD players, and stereo unit.
This is a non-smoking, non pet rental.

Sea Colony is ranked by Tennis Magazine's as one of the nation's 50
best tennis resorts, and 4th best for value. Its state of the art
tennis courts include 34 courts, with 12 Har-Tru Clay and 4 indoor
courts. The community features many fish-filled lakes and ponds and
many convenient pools (four outdoor, one indoor, and kiddie pools
too). The large modern Fitness Center features an indoor pool, saunas,
whirlpool, indoor gym, free weights and other exercise equipment.

While you are taking an exercise class or working out, the Center
provides many children's programs, days and nights, which include day
care. Sea Colony's private beach is just a shuttle ride away, every 15
