Rent a fully furnished 2 Bedroom / 2 Full Bath Lakefront Condo on  
the best chain of lakes in Northeastern Indiana.  
 
Year around outdoor activities in private atmosphere, yet just  
minutes from Angola, IN. for shopping.  
 
10 Acre Common area  
 
Boat Slip for your use.  
 
No phone service is provided.  Please provide your own means of  
communication if desired. 
 
Heated Swimming Pool (Summer Only) and pavilion.  
 
Pokagon State Park is on the same lake with horseback riding, beach,  
toboggan run, and many other activities year round.  
 
Condo has 2 attached private decks, and also a 3 season sun-room  
with excellent view of Lake James.  
 
2 Week to Monthly (or more) Rentals Available. 2005 is the first  
year this condo is being rented. Call soon for the best dates.  
 
Condo has 1 Queen, 1 Queen Futon, plus 2 sofa beds and has a six  
person occupancy limit.  
 
Use of Stove, Refrigerator, Microwave, Private Grill on Deck, and  
Washer/Dryer included.  
 
2 Car parking limit. 1 in private spot in front of condo and 1 with  
pass in guest parking.  
 
Sorry - You cannot bring Pets into the Complex, and No Smoking in  
Condo or Sunroom

Vacation Rental Rates

$750 per week (2 week min).  Unit has all bedding, furnishings,  
appliances and washer/dryer.  Utilities including Air Conditioning  
are included.  Dock slip for one 21' or less sized boat or jet-ski  
is included. 
 
High speed Wireless Internet may be available for $10 /day  
additional.
