Vacation Rental Description

Private retreat.  Secluded 3/2 with pool, a short walk to the beach.
For those who appreciate old Florida atmosphere, Venice is the 
place.  Snorkeling, parasailing, diving, boating, shopping, golfing, 
great dining.  Venice is known as the world's prehistoric shark 
tooth capital for those who enjoy shelling.  If you are looking for 
a totally relaxing, enjoyable vacation, Venice is your destination.  
Fly into the private airport, drop your bags, and walk down to 
Sharkey's At the Pier for a sunset-drenched Pina Colada.  Watch the 
dolphins, bring a fishing pole, or just relax to your hearts 
content. Short drive to Tampa/Disney/Orlando.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Large private pool--completely fenced backyard for privacy with 
patio furniture, gas grill.  (Our dog loves the yard!!) Kitchen just 
remodeled!! Stocked kitchen includes coffee pot, microwave, toaster 
oven, dishwasher pots, pans, dishes,utensils, spices,etc. TV with 
DVD in living room and master bedroom. Supplied with 2 bikes and 
helmets.   All linens provided. Full size washer and dryer.

2/1-4/15..$1100/week  $3550 per month
4/16-11/14..$650/week  $2100 per month
11/15-1/31..$1000/week  $3200 per month

1 week minimum 

$150 cleaning fee  11% tax on cleaning fee and rent
