"Buttermere" is a stunning vacation villa set on an oversized corner
lot in the heart of Orangetree, one of the most upscale and
desirable communities in the Clermont/Disney area, which recently

Our sunny pool/hot-tub area faces southwest to make the most of
the florida sun, but also has a shady lanai for the hotter days, and
of course is fully screened. Being on a corner lot the pool area is
not overlooked by other property, and is further screened by
shrubbery for complete privacy.
We also offer a games room complete with a slate bed pool table
and air hockey.
The floorplan is the largest on Orangetree, comprising six
bedrooms and three bathrooms, and has two spacious living areas to
provide plenty of room for large or samaller parties, and has many
