yet elegant house is conveniently located off A1A between the  
Intercoastal Waterway, Hillsboro Inlet, and the Atlantic Ocean. It's  
a short car ride to the Fort Lauderdale beach strip, just south of  
Deerfield/Boca Raton, but you really don't have to drive anywhere if  
you don't want to... 
 
From this 3,000 square feet, 2-story home, you can walk to the  
Marina where you can catch a charter fishing boat out to the ocean  
or relax and fish from the new Hillsboro Inlet Park. The kids can  
play on the new playground or view the beautiful, historic Hillsboro  
Lighthouse while munching on subs or a pizza from an adjacent  
restaurant. Upon arrival you will be given keys to access the beach  
via the private gated entrance, which also has a lookout area and  
shower. 
 
Relax in the bright and comfortable family room while the kids play  
on the swing set in the back yard or basketball in the front. The  
open floor plan has a high ceiling as well as plenty of windows and  
French doors making you feel like you're outside. The patios and  
tropical, fenced backyard are also great for enjoying the South  
Florida sun.  
 
The master bedroom is upstairs and features a California king bed,  
bathroom, walk-in closet and reading area in the loft overlooking  
downstairs. The second bedroom has its own bathroom and a full-size  
bed. It has a sliding glass door with a great view and access to the  
patio and private backyard. The third room is furnished with a full- 
size bed and a twin bunk bed. The fourth bedroom has a full-size  
pull-out sofa bed. Smoking is NOT permitted anywhere inside of the  
house. Property is also for sale.

Refundable Security Deposit 50% of rent due upon signing.  
Balance Due 30 Days prior to check-in.
