Vacation Rental Description

Enjoy breathtaking sunsets from this fifth floor, direct Gulf front  
condo with full ocean views from the living and dining rooms and  
both bedrooms. The living room, reminiscent of a Mediterranean  
villa, and the South Seas themed master bedroom each have sliding  
glass doors that open onto a 34 foot long balcony overlooking the  
beach and pool. The second bedroom has a nautical decor. The totally  
remodeled kitchen is fully equipped and ceiling fans provide a  
gentle breeze in each room. 
 
Building interior non-smoking. Smoking permitted only on the balcony.

Sleeping accomodations: King-sized bed; Queen-sized bed; Queen        
sized sofa bed. 
Three TVs: 40" LCD Digital with HD programming in the Living Room 
(DVD connected); 32" LCD with built-in DVD in the master bedroom; Radio/CD

Community room also has a small library and adjacent laundry facilities

Activities and Attractions

Located near the middle of LBK across the street from a small plaza  
with a supermarket, shops and restaurants. The condo is equally  
distanced from downtown Sarasota and Bradenton. St. Armand's with  
its chic shopping, restaurants, and night life, is just a few  
minutes away. Also nearby are churches, synagogue, banks, and post  
office. A bike and walking path, located across the street, spans  
the Key. Many activities are locally available including golf,  
tennis, boating, fishing, and parasailing. Or --- just relax while  
gazing at the sunsets and listening to the waves gently lapping on  
the shore.

Vacation Rental Rates

May 1 - October 31:  $1155/week; 1 week minimum;  $165/additional day 
Nov 1 - January 31:  $1400/week; 1 week minimum;  $200/additional day 
Feb 1 - March 31:    $1540/week; 2 weeks minimum; $220/additional day 
Apr 1 - April 30:    $1540/week; 1 week minimum;  $220/additional day 
 
 
August/September availability: Sunday, August 31 thru Sunday, September 21st. 
October availability: Oct. 1 thru October 31 except October 11 thru October 18. 
November availability: Completely booked. 
December availability: Dec. 1 thru Dec. 24  
January availability:  Completely booked 
February availability: One week January 31 thru February 8 
Rentals of 28 days or more are discounted 5%. 
All rentals are subject to 11% Florida tax and cleaning fee ($70).
