Florida's most beautiful, secluded beaches. The complex is located 
just 15 minutes from historical St. Augustine, World Golf Village, 
Marineland and the outlet malls. Bring your boat and park right on 
the property. The tropical decor of the unit features a full kitchen 
with all amenities, dining area, newly furnished living room with 
leather sectional and a queen sized sleeper sofa, a guest bedroom 
with 2 twin beds and a large master bedroom with a new king sized  
bed. This is a wonderful place for both families and couples. The 
unit is furnished with beach chairs, beach toys and towels. Just 
pack your bathing suit and suitcase! The owner and family vacation 
here often, so the unit is always being improved and restocked with 
needed items.

The beautifully landscaped complex has: two heated pools, tennis

Winter 2008 (1/1/08) - (2/28/08) : $750wk-$1850 mo
Spring 2008 (3/1/08) - (5/31/08) : $855wk-$2300 mo    
APRIL-MAY SPECIAL $900-WK INCLUDING TAX/CLEANING
Summer 2008 (6/1/08) - (8/31/08) : $900wk-$3600 mo 
Fall 2008   (9/1/08) - (12/31/08): $700wk-$1650 mo

Three day rates are available. Please contact the owner.
Add a $80.00 cleaning fee for all lengths of stay.
A security fee of $175.00 will be collected to hold the reservation.
A security fee of $300.00 will be collected for monthly rentals.

departure.
9% vacation tax is added to all rates.
