This is a beautiful three bedroom, three bath home with vaulted
ceilings and many amenities. Most impressive being, the enclosed
screen deck with inground pool and attached hot tub. Also including
a master bedroom that is fully furnished including a queen sized bed
with attached master bath and separate walk in closets. the master
bath has separate vanities, shower and jacuzzi tub. The other two
bedrooms have there own separate baths with one bedroom containing
another queen size bed and the third has a set of twin beds. The
home is fully furnished and includes full set of linens, towels, and
available laundry. There are two televisions,with one in the living
room and the other in the master bedroom. Both including DVD and CD
players. This is a non smoking home! renters will not be allowed to
smoke in the home. this home is 20 min from Sarasota airport and 50
from Tampa.
Numerous beaches are within a short drive including Lido, Siesta
Key, and Holmes.

vacation rental rates

Rates apply as listed, can be done weekly or monthly.
weekly rental rates are available all year.
Availability:


November through April 3,500 per month / 1200 per week*
May through October 3,100 per month / 1100 per week*

Heating the pool is extra and cleaning fee is $150.00
security deposit is 50% of rental fee which will be refunded with
the contingency that there is no damage or abuse to home and no
missing items.
