Completely remodeled as a special vacation retreat, this home in Old
Town Napa is located on a beautiful, quiet street. Great vacation
rental for FAMILIES (children have separate wing in home, and all
bedrooms have TV/VCR/DVD players, desks, reading lights, etc.)
Great vacation rental for ROMANCE, as the Master Bedroom adjoins an
elegant bathroom SPA. The custom 2-person sauna is equipped with
barometer, thermometer, clock, and mood lighting. A Japanese
soaking tub, hand-crafted from copper, sits between the sauna and
the large tiled shower. Plush towels fill the shelves on both sides
of the Sauna Bench, and the vanity is an elegant French antique
desk. The second bathroom has a stained glass window over the
tub/shower.
The backyard is VERY private, and boasts an encolsed patio, heated
by an antique gas heater, a new large hot tub outside the Master
Bedroom door, a waterfall and fish pond, pool, and a large
Entertainment Deck with refrigerator, BBQ, eating area, bar,
dartboard, etc. A new conversation/fire-pit is located in a
secluded portion of the backyard, and furnished with large cement
animal benches, oversized Hot Dog and Marshmallow skewers.
Additionally, there is an outside shower (hot-&-cold water) on the
Pool Deck.
The home is decorated and furnished elegantly, and the glassware,
dishes, bed and table linens make entertaining special and very
easy. The house was updated with new air conditioning this year.

wine rack, leather sofa, piano, and a huge skylight adorned with
hanging crystals and art.

This home is located in Old Town Napa, walking distance to Downtown
restaurants, cafes, cinemas, shopping, and Copia Wine Center. It is
a 5-minute drive to both highways which extend the length of the
Valley and to Napa's wineries.
The new City of Napa trolly picks up around the corner; the
elementary school down the block and across the street is equipped
with a great playground area.

SUMMER Rates (Memorial Weekend thru Labor Day Weekend)
$1,350/weekend, 2 OR 3 nights (Fri, Sat, Sun)
$2,300/week; $4,000/2-weeks, $7,200/month.
Midweek Rates: $350/night w/2-nite minimum
SEPT & OCT, FEBRUARY - MAY
$1,150/weekend, 2 OR 3 nights (Fri, Sat, Sun)
$2,200/week; $3,800/2-weeks, $6,500/month.
Midweek Rates: $325/night w/2-night minimum
NOVEMBER thru JANUARY
$850 /weekend for 2 OR 3 nights (Friday, Sat, Sun)
$1,800/week; $3,000/2-weeks, $5,500/month.
Midweek Rates: $275 a night, 2 night minimum
Deposit: $500 refundable security deposit, returned w/in 2 weeks of
checkout if Home is in same condition. Security Deposit PLUS 1/2 of
total rent is required to hold reservation.
Pets need prior approval and require an additional $100 pet fee per
pet, half of which is non-refundable.
Final Payment must be received two weeks prior to arrival with
personal check, one week prior with cashiers check.
