it's own private patio perfect for sitting outside sipping a
tropical drink, grilling up some steaks or fish on the barbeque, and
enjoying the San Diego weather around the fire pit. Sound
relaxing? It is! But if you are up for more adventure, the Belmont
Amusement Park, the Mission Beach boardwalk, and the Mission Bay
Park and Aquatics are all just a block away.

$1100/week or $195/night, 3 night minimum.

~ $250 refundable deposit to hold reservation. Please contact to

~ Security deposit is refundable shortly after departure if key is
returned and premises left in as you walked in-condition.
~ Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday during PEAK Season. (June
thru mid-September.)
~ Rest of the year require a three night minimum.
~ Check-in after 3:00pm. Check-out by 10:00am.
~ A 10.5% city room tax will be applied to the rental rates.
~ $65 cleaning fee and includes cleaning upon departure.
~ Information such as obtaining keys and whom to call for assistance
will be sent after receipt of final payment.
