Ringling Causeway. Contact us for additional Romantic Package which  
includes a dozen roses on arrival, bottle of champagne, dinner for

With 35 miles of white sand beaches, this section of  
Florida's coast is a haven for sports lovers and culture  
buffs alike.   
 
Enjoy some of the finest restaurants and shop exquisite St. Armand's  
Circle while enjoying your own "Beachside Getaway!" 
 
In addition, an Olympic size community pool is available for your  
enjoyment just a block away, with a lovely view of the gulf.

the four units of Casa Del Sol is appointed with two bedrooms and  
two bathrooms, kitchen, living area, and dining area.   
 
Unit 201 has a washer/dryer within the unit.  All others share a  
washer/dryer in the rear of the building.

1/2 rental fee due for deposit. Balance due 30 days prior to arrival  
date.SECURITY DEPOSIT ... Week stay $100.00-- Month or longer stay  
$500.00 
Security deposit returned after all charges have been determined  
complete.  Deposit returned no later than 45 days after  
departure. Terms and conditions sent with confirmation. 
$100.00 pet fee 
$150.00 cleaning fee
