Golf Condo Next to Pool in Mesa

Completely renovated Condominium with jacuzzi and pool! This is our
very own condo and is furnished with new and tastefully selected
furniture. It has new tiled floors, new paint, and all fixtures.
We only rent this condo for select periods of time, when we cannot
use it ourselves. The condo is not usually a rental unit, therfore
there are many extras that normally would not be available. We are
selective in who we rent too, we prefer mature couples who will make
it there home, and respect it as if it were theirs. We generally
leave all the necessities in the fridge and ask that you simply
replace what you have used.
The condo is on the 2nd level over looking the pool and grounds, and
has covered parking next to the unit. There are flat screen LCD
televisions in the bedrooms as well as a large projection screen in
the front room. There are two master bedrooms, one containing a king
size bed, the second has a queen. The unit also offers 9' ceilings,
a water cooler,
cable, air conditioning and much more for your enjoyment.
This unit is 2 blocks east of Power and University and only 20
minutes from the airport. There are plenty of golf courses and
shopping facilities in the immediate area. The pool area is very
quiet and well looked after. The landscaping is beautiful and the
patio looks onto the pool. This is a non smoking unit.
