The house is decorated in cheery, beachy colors, lots of comfortable
beds and sofas to lounge in.

This multi-level home is perfect for multiple families or groups with
2 levels plus a loft, 2 kitchens, a large deck with grill and
backyard area with a firepit. There is parking in the garage,
driveway in in the rear yard, space for those ATV trailers too.
There are 2 bedrooms and 1 1/2 bath on one level, a bedroom sized
loft and a separate studio apartment downstairs with seperate kitchen
and bath with separate access to downstairs patio. Ocean views from
the living room - kitchen area and rear deck.
Oceano Dunes are renowned for miles of pristine dunes and the 0nly
beach that permits off road and the beach good for walking,
horseback riding and biking. Take a Hummer ride or a try a flight in
a Bi-Plane at the Airport just down the road.
The town of Pismo Beach with plenty of restaurants, shops and other
activities is just 2 miles away.

This rental is available for $400 per night or $2,400 per week during
High Season.
( April through October)
There is a 9% occupancy charge and a $100.00 cleaning fee.
Low Season is available for $350 per night and $2,100 per week
