This multi-level home is perfect for multiple families or groups having
2 levels plus a loft, 2 kitchens, a large deck with grill and a
backyard area with a firepit. There is parking in the garage,
driveway in in the rear yard with space for those ATV trailers too.
There are 2 bedrooms with 1 1/2 bath on one level, a bedroom sized
loft and a separate studio apartment downstairs with 1 bedroom with vanity and  sink, seperate kitchen and 1 bath with separate access to downstairs patio. Ocean views from the living room - kitchen area and rear deck.
Oceano Dunes are renowned for miles of pristine dunes and is the only
beach that permits off-road vehicles (ATV, jeep etc.).  The beach is great for walking, horseback riding and biking. Take a Hummer ride or a try a flight in
a bi-plane at the airport just down the road.
The town of Pismo Beach with plenty of restaurants, shops and other
activities is just 2 miles away.

This rental is available for $400 per night or $2,400 per week during
High Season.
( April through October)
There is a 9% occupancy charge and a $100.00 cleaning fee.
Low Season is available for $350 per night and $2,100 per week
