Vacation Rental Description

"Welcome to Duval Square" a secluded and gated community located on 
upper Duval St; these properties are some of the most prestigious on 
the island, which offer lush tropical landscaping, swimming pool and 
private jacuzzi.  This location is perfect for either complete 
seclusion or if you prefer to view the many sights from above.  You 
will find located within the community: Fine dining and casual 
restaurants, hair salon, convenience store and even a bank.  Enjoy 
beautiful tropical birds while dining outside under the 
stars.  "Join 
in the celebration" of Fantasy Fest week either 2nd floor view or in 
the center of the crowd on Duval Street!!!  We are located at 1075 
Duval St at the corner of Virginia and Duval Sts.

Vacation Rental Amenities

This townhome has a master suite with private deck, king size bed, 
cable tv, stereo cd player vcr and dvd; second bedroom with queen 
bed 
also has private bath; included are wall mounted blow dryers, 
linens, 
blankets and towels.  First floor offers a private deck with 
jacuzzi,entertainment center and queen sleeper sofa and powder 
room;a 
fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and dining area, all 
appliances and utensils, washer, dryer, iron and board, fans in all 
rooms and a/c.  Secured parking garage for one car; lounge by a 
beautiful swimming pool area with new furnishing and covered section 
with tables and chairs. To complete your stay, this unit is equipped 
with electronic safe for your valuables.

Activities and Attractions

Do the "Famous Duval St Crawl".. Being located on Duval St you are 
within walking distance to some of the finest restaurants on the 
island.  Just steps away from the night life, numerous art galleries 
and quaint shops.  Walk to the beach, visit the "Hemingway House" 
and 
see the "Southern Most Point & House".  Tour Harry Truman "Little 
White House" and Fort Zachary Taylor State Park & Beach, Flagler 
Museum, Key West Aquarium and Butterfly Sanctuary.  Key West is 
famous for its Pirate history--journey into the era of Spanish 
Galleons, swashbucklers, and immense riches, see the Mel Fisher 
Museum and a new addition to the island "The Pirate Museum.  If 
you're tired of walkin, rent bicycles or scooters.  While on the 
beach, try parasailing or rent a wave runner, snorkeling, diving or 
fishing trips or enjoy a day on the golf course.  Take the Historial 
Tour of America Conch Train or Old Town Trolley Tour.  To end your

$4000 per mth (off season) $6000 per mth (in Season)  Payments due: 
40%with signed contract; 60% due 30 days prior to arrival.  Also 
available for weekly rentals "Oasis on Duval" and "Castaway 
Duval".....Weeks still available in June / July / August .... Weekly rates will apply.....please 
call for prices....
