Constructed in 2004, this home offers all of the latest features in
vacation rentals. With 4 bedrooms (including 2 master suites) plus 2
twin bedrooms (one Disney themed) and a pullout Queen-sized sleeper
sofa in the living room, this almost 2000 sq.ft. house will make the
perfect vacation home away from home for your family or group of up
to 10 guests.

Located in Emerald Island Gated Resort, off Highway 192, it is just
4
miles from Walt Disney World and 30 minutes from Orlando
International Airport. A great location for all Theme Parks, Orlando
main Attractions, beaches, excellent restaurants and shopping. For
the golfers, there are beautiful Golf Courses nearby, including The
Disney Resort Courses just 2 miles away. Emerald Island Resort has
all the amenities you would expect from a 5 star resort, and all of
the clubhouse amenities are available for all guests to enjoy.

The first Master Suite has a King size bed, TV with DVD/VCR and
Cable, a bathroom with a garden tub and separate shower, double
sinks, and hairdryer. Master Suite #2 features a Queen Size bed,
Private bath/shower, and hairdryer. Two Twin Bedrooms(each outfitted
with 2 twin beds) share the 3rd bathroom.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances and service for
12. It has a nook with a table and 4 chairs as well as seating at
the counter.

The Family Room boasts an Entertainment center complete with 36" TV,
Bose 321 surround sound system, DVD, cable,
Love seat, Sofa, and Glass doors that open to the pool.

The formal Living and Dining rooms provide a quiet retreat within
the
home.
