This Country Club community has it all and is only 25-30  
minutes from Manatee beaches and the Gulf of Mexico.  Early morning  
golf or tennis, afternoon at the beach or pool and cocktails and  
dinner at the Clubhouse restaurant might be the order of the day 
Large shopping malls nearby as well as sight seeing trips through  
out Manatee and Sarasota just a couple of miles away. 
      Convenient to Bradenton Sarasota Airport and just off I-75 and 
less than 60 minutes to the Tampa International Airport. Only one  
and a half hours from Orlando and Disney World.

November - December $ 1900 / month 
January - April $ 2900 / month 
May - October $ 1200 / month Summer Special

We are currently booked for Jan 16 - April 15, 2009 
 
     Monthly rentals do not include 10.5 % Florida State and Resort  
Tax.  Rentals longer than 6 months have no 10.5 % tax. Deposit  
required. Association Mgt fee $ 100, Golf & Country Club Mbrship fee  
$ 100. 
Golf greens fees included. Cart fees for 18 holes $ 30.00
