The large balcony overlooks the ocean as well as the Long Beach
Grand Prix event. The Grand Prix event is directly beneath you
and you can see alot of the race from your balcony that is on the
9th floor.

July 4th watch the firework show from the Queen Mary on your balcony
and other firework shows up & down the coast.

This condo comes complete with Heated Pool, Spa , Fitness Center &
Sauna .Also a 24 hour on-site concierge service, Business Center
with Private Offices

together. We also have a full washer & dryer, iron, ironing board,
wooden coat, dress,& suite hangers, in our large walk-in closet.

Don't have a car ? jump on the FREE Passport Bus , just outside the
building on Ocean Blvd, take it to all of the Long beach area's
attractions.For parking we had a private enclosed 1 car garage.

Winter rates Nov - April From $189.00 nightly or $1195.00 weekly
based on 2 adults, $ 15.00 extra per person, per night or $ 3,995.00
monthly

Summer rates May - Oct From $199.00 nightly or $1295.00 weekly based
on 2 adults,$ 15.00 extra per person, per night or $ 4,995.00
monthly.

July 4th rate is $300.00

We ask for a fully refundable security deposit of $ 500.00 and a
$60.00 cleaning fee. Min 3 nights per booking.

If rented for over 2 weeks or more, includes weekly maid service.
