Solar Heated New Pool! This is a fully update and furnished 1950`s 
Florida home, four bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and with the cottage
can sleep upto 14 people (10 is most comfortable for the house alone 
and upto 4 in the cottage).The Master Bedroom has a Kingsize Bed, 
Bedroom #2 has 2 Queensize Beds, Bedroom #3 has a Queen Bed and a 
Double Mattress for next to the Bed, and Bedroom #4 has 2 TwinBeds. 
The Cottage has 1Bedroom with a Queen Bed and a fold out couch 
w/coil spring mattress and 1 Bath. Both have Fully equipted  
Kitchens. The Main House has Granite counter tops and Stainless 
Appliances. The entire home is Porcelain tiled, and has a split 
floor plan.One covered carport and parking for a total of 4 
cars.Great Beaches,Don`t miss Bathtub Beach, or Sea Turtle Beach, 
Kids will love these two..Plus miles of others.

West. Downtown is .25 miles, a 5 minute walk. The Beach only 2.5 
Miles and The Big Blue Ocean.The Palm Beach airport is 40 Miles, 
Fort 
Lauderdale 85 miles, Miami 120 miles. Orlando/Disney/Universal 
Studios/Kennedy Space Center all Just two hours away.
Florida Everglades starts only one hour to the west.
Everglades National Park is great for Birding, fishing, or just to 
see the Gators.Out side the Park is some of the worlds best Fresh 
Water Fishing.

Activities and Attractions

1/4 Mile from the entrance to Historic DownTown Jensen Beach. Jensen 
Beach is a small town with all the amenities of a major vacation 
destination.  You can walk downtown to shop, fast or fine food 
dinning, music and dancing. Sea Turtle Beach is 2.5 Miles away, an 
easy 40 minute walk, a 15 minute bike ride or 5 minutes by car. 
Turtle nesting season is April thru July with peak season June. The 
Treasure Coastwas named from all the ship wrecks just off shore, 
this makes for World Class Fishing, Diving, and Snorkling.(Fishing 
boats and docks and dive shop are less than 1/2 mile from the House.
JensenBeach/Hutchinson Island are also Famous  for surfing, 
windsurfing, and great Beaches.Also there are four State Parks, one 
National Park, a Water Park, Horseback Riding, and Trophy size Fresh 
water Bass in the Everglades.

Vacation Rental Rates

Cottage Only $400-550/Week  (1/1) May thru October.
House Only $850-950/Week May thru October. (4/2)
Both $1000-1400/ Week
House Only $1050-1300/Week November thru April. 
Cottage Only $500-600/Week November thru April.
Both $1400-1800/Week
All rentals will have a $100 cleaning fee added.
All reservations must have a $500 deposit.
All rental will also be charged a 10% State  and Local tax.
