With only 100 steps or 200 ft to the Gulf front pool & clubhouse with its dune
walk over for quick access to the #1 rated USA beach for 2002, at
Dandy Dune you are conveniently located close to all the amenities
Barrier Dunes has to offer, in addition to being very close to Cape
San Blas' famous white sand beaches and emerald waters.

Dandy Dune sleeps 6 in beds, 8 in total and has 2 full baths. The
master suite has a brand new king bedroom suite, new plasma TV and
Dandy Dune is one of the few Barrier Dunes units that has doors on the
upper master bedroom for privacy. The 2nd bedroom has a new queen
lower /full upper L-loft bed configuration making Dandy Dune prefect
for either 2 couples to share our home, or a vacationing family with
children. There is also a queen sofa sleeper and a crib in it's own
private space connected to the master bedroom. Two decks are waterfront
to a large Koi pond and your view of the gulf waters and
white sand beaches is directly across the large gulf front pool. The
Tennis Courts, playground and the second (interior) pool are also only
a short walk away.

We know how hard you work to get your vacation time at the Cape and we
strive very hard to keep Dandy Dune well maintained, clean and well
stocked for your vacation enjoyment. Dandy Dune's kitchen is well
furnished for those that like to cook. Bed and Bath linens are
provided and if you have a little one... a crib and high chair are
also provided so you won't have to rent a u-haul to bring all the
small vacationer's needs with you. There is also a gate on the lower
deck that can be locked for the safety of your pets or children.

3 TV's, 2 VCR's, DVD player, Stereo, deck furniture, high-speed
internet access and if you haven't heard, cell phones do not work well
on the Cape, so we also provide free long distance to keep you in
touch with home. For the sand between your toe's time, there are
also beach chairs, floats, boogie boards and other beach supplies
available for your use in a closed closet beneath the unit.

The entire Cape and its beaches are pet friendly, and we are a pet
friendly unit. Please let us know if you plan to bring a pet

St. Joe Peninsula State Park: Right outside the Barrier Dunes gates.
Snorkel, swim, hike, bike, boat, kayak, canoe, and wade in the
shallow clear bay waters. This is really fun for the kids and
educational too!

St. Joseph Bay Country Club (golf) is just 15 minutes from us.
