Cancellations and Refunds:
Reservation deposit is refundable up to 30 days before arrival less
a service fee of 25% (percent) of the total rent. Service fee
will be refunded if owner is able to re-rent the condo for the same
time period, price, and terms. 75% of rent is forfeited if cancelled
within thirty (30) days of scheduled arrival. No refunds
after occupancy has begun.
