This is a new 2 story home built in 2005 and only rented for 1/2 the year. Home is only 200
yards from the bay and towards the north end of town. The end of the street is windsurfer
friendly and Windsurf Inc. / South Padre Kite-boarding is 300 yards away. The Gulf of Mexico
is 2 blocks away and you are within walking distance of restaurants and stores. This is a very
quiet neighborhood. There is a fenced in back yard with swimming pool (unheated). The
garage is not available for use.

2nd Floor- Main bedroom has queen and private bathroom, other bedroom has a twin and a
full. Another full bath is in the hallway. Open living-room, dining-room and kitchen. Kitchen
is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, toaster, blender and coffee maker. Dining-
room table seats 6. Living-room has desk, cable TV, VCR and DVD, also high speed internet.
The deck has a view of the Bay.

1st floor-Washer/ Dryer is in the hallway. A large bedroom is in back with a futon, qween,
TV, kitchenette, large closet and full bath. A door opens to the back yard and pool.

activities and attractions in South Padre Island Texas

It is a 2 block walk to the beach. Cinema is just a short walk away. Windsurf Inc. offers
windsurfing and surfing lessons and rentals and kite-boarding lessons. They also have kayak
rentals and wakeboarding, 1/2 block away. Restaurants are within easy walking distance as is
a fully equipped gym for working out and yoga.
There is a free shuttle that runs on the island.

Monthly Rentals Only
Whole house rental rate is $2200.00/ month
The upstairs, including the washer/dryer in the downstairs hallway is $1900.00/ month

25% deposit to hold a reservation
Cancellation prior to 30 days of arrival date will return 1/2 of deposit
Cancellation within 30 days of arrival date and the deposit is forfeit
No refunds for late arrivals or early departures

One time fees
13.5% occupancy tax is not applicable if the stay is over 30 days
Security deposit of $200 will be returned if no damage or losses
