located right where Pere Marquette beach meets the channel  
connecting lake michigan to muskegon lake!! Just steps to the white  
sands of lake michigan. all on a level lot no hills or bluffs to  
climb to get to the beach. the channel is just steps away. look at  
the pictures they were taken from the front of the house.

Vacation Rental Amenities

This house has been remodeled recently and has all new furnishings  
inside. new patio furniture and  gas grill . washer and  
dryer on site.

Activities and Attractions

The Lake Express ferry comes thru the channel 3 times a day and is  
docked approximately 2 miles away. the USS Silver sides submarine  
museum is right on the channel, 500' away. the Pere Marquette beach  
has Approximately one mile of white sandy beach. Previously voted  
one of the cleanest beaches in the nation this is a perfect vacation  
get away. You have Michigans Adventure amusement park to the north,  
and countless festivals and events in the area.
