Venice Florida:  Our vacation home is a 2100 plus square foot Custom
Country Club Paradise that features breathtaking views of the 13th
green on the golf course located in the private country club village
of Jacaranda West & is less than 5 miles from the beach. Our custom
home features three bedroom, two full baths, dining room, living
room, great room and an eat-in gourmet kitchen. Most rooms are overlooking
our expansive beautiful 15' x 30' pool and a 30'x40' lanai
area.  This spacious home has cathedral ceilings, ceramic tile, vaulted
beamed ceiling in great room, laundry room and a two car garage.

Our home features a large lanai with built in outdoor corian kitchen
counter and storage, chaise lounges and spacious eating area. The
sparkling pool has a sitting area and generous pool decking perfect
for enjoying the Florida sunshine and a cocktail at the end of a
perfect day. The interior of this custom home is very open and
professionally decorated in a tropical theme. The master bedroom
has a garden tub, his and her sinks, separate shower and a walk-in
closet. Other amenities of this bedroom suite are the hide-a-way
pocket glass doors opening to the lanai and pool. The formal living
room and dining room both have a fantastic pool and golf course
view.

The great room features a vaulted beamed ceiling and opens to the
lanai and pool area via hide-a-way pocket glass doors. There is a
42" widescreen HD TV & wireless internet for your relaxing pleasure.
The guest wing features two bedrooms with a central full bath that
is accessible from the pool deck and lanai. Bedroom one and two have
queen beds. One of the bedrooms opens to the pool area & offers
wonderful views.

The fully equipped gourmet kitchen includes new appliances, corian
countertops and through access to the lanai. Our home is
beautifully decorated with the warmth of the tropics. It is a
pleasure to us and we are sure it will be to you as well.

Venice is an historic charming town with a mix of upscale shops,
open air cafes, antique shops, museums, boutiques, fine
retaurants with nightly entertainment, and a Playhouse theater.
Stroll down a beautiful avenue of palm trees takes you to a
gorgeous beach area. Sunsets are the end of a perfect day
viewed from 2 jettys complete w/restaurants, dolphins, and an
occasional manatee. Venice is a boaters dream, w/direct access to
both the ocean and the intercoastal waterway.

Venice is 10 miles south of Sarasota, 1 hour from Busch Gardens in
Tampa, and 2 hours from Disney World in Orlando.

Jacaranda West Country Club has seasonal memberships available
for golf and tennis. Many additional public courses are a half hour
drive or less. Our home is walking distance to the newly expanded
Jacaranda library, and minutes from the beach and shopping.
