Vacation Rental Description

This is not your typical high rise, this is truly a slice of paradise,
like your own home on the ocean. The complex has very small buildings
overlooking the ocean. Only 29 units. Enjoy an oversized patio  with
balmy breezes,  ocean view,  great gardens and a pool to relax in.
Atlantic Avenue with all its restaurants and activities is just a mile
and a half north.
Beautiful updated interior, comfortable furniture, great appliances
and a true calming relaxing atmosphere.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Newly remodeled, great wooden floors and tile, air conditioned, two
full bathrooms,  one with  bathtub/shower,the other with shower, full
 kitchen, Cable  TV,  DVD  player washer/dryer on premises,
comfortable furniture. Pool  and ocean  view with beach access.
Oversized Patio with exterior furniture. Elevator in Building, covered
parking space. Great small friendly and exquisitly maintained community.

Master bedroom with private bath. King size bed, great closet and
desk. Master bath has shower/bathtub.
Second bedroom has two twins.
Second bathroom has shower only.
Queen sleeper in living room.
Living room has a queen size sleeper.

All linens, towels and two beach chairs provided, just come and enjoy.

Activities and Attractions

Enjoy Atlantic avenue, shops, restaurants, charming little museums,
festivals, watersports, too many to list,  or just relax by the beach
infront of the condo. The ocean is your backyard.
Sailing, Kayaking, Snorkeling and other watersports are one mile away.
Our favorite activity is just to sit by the seawall and watch the
ocean as the sun sets, nice breeze, great feeling.

Vacation Rental Rates

During Season 6750 dlls. per month. (January thru May)
Off Season    5000 dlls. per month. (May thru December)

Cleaning fee of 150 dlls.
Maid service available weekly upon request (not included)
