comes fully furnished with all new furnishings and appliances.   
Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher.  Hardwood flooring and tile  
throughout levels 1 and 2.  Carpet in hallways on 3rd level, with  
hardwoods in bedrooms, tile in bathrooms.  Private, screened in  
balcony off of living area, with a bay view.  1st level has 2 car  
garage with incredible storage space, also has tiled foyer. 2nd  
Level is the living area, dining room, kitchen, breakfast area, and  
half bath.  3rd Level is 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, and laundry room with  
washer and dryer.  Total sq ft approx 2800, including garage area.

Vacation Rental Amenities

BBC has a private pool and jacuzzi for guests and residents only.   
The beach is just a short walk across the street, with private beach  
access, shower areas, changing areas, and another pool!  The pools  
are heated and are set to 84 F and the jacuzzi is set to 104 F.  
There is also a boardwalk on the property overlooking the bay with a  
bayfront gazebo over the water and a fishing pier.

Activities and Attractions

Anna Maria island is located on the gulf between Sarasota and  
Tampa.  It is a beautiful, quiet island with plenty of activities to  
keep you entertained, or to simply relax!  The white sand beaches  
and clear blue waters are hard to beat.  Enjoy a day relaxing on the  
beach and swimming in the ocean.   
 
Shopping, golfing, and fishing are all activities that can be found  
throughout the island and within short driving distance.   
 
Orlando is located within two hours, if you wish to spend a day at  
SeaWorld, Disney World, Universal Studios, etc.

Summer Rates May-November  
1 week $1,200 
4 weeks $4,000 
 
Winter Rates December-April  
1 week $1,500  
4 weeks $5,200  
 
Terms and Conditions: 
Check-in time is 4:00 pm  
Check-out time is 10:00 am 
Required is a 20% deposit to reserve the unit, with the remaining  
payment due 30 days prior to arrival. 
Taxes are additional 
There will also be a $85 cleaning fee for each rental. 
$500 security deposit is required and will be returned within 30  
days of departure upon satisfactory inspection of the unit.   
No pets are allowed.
