Off Peak Season     (September 15, 2008 thru April 30, 2009) 
Daily - $185.00  
Weekly - $1110.00 for 7 nights (pay for 6, 7th is Free) 
 
Optional Boat Slip     12' x 30' Covered  
Daily - $20.00 
Weekly - $120.00 for 7 nights (pay for 6, 7th is Free) 
 
NO SMOKING / NO PETS / NO Cleaning Fees Charged on 3 nights or  
longer stay.  
Minimum Stay of 3 nights.  (Will allow a 2 night stay in off peak
