spacious. The kitchen counter/bar seats 4 and the dining room table

The Master Bedroom with a queen size bed opens onto the side patio.
The second bedroom with a queen size bed opens onto a sun deck with
stairs leading down to the pool. The third bedroom has twin beds. All
bedrooms have T.V's and Dade County Pine walls.

The baths feature large windows allowing lots of natural light.

April-June= $4000 TO $5000
July-September= $3000 TO $5000
October-December= $3500 TO $5000

Credit cards, pay pal, cashiers checks, money order and travelers
checks in US dollars.

Bookings made more than 45 days before arrival require payment of
50% of the rent, security deposit and the 11.5% tax within 14 days
of booking. The final payment of 50% is due 30 days before
arrival. Bookings made within 45 days of arrival require payment in
full within 3 days of booking. On cancellations received more than 60
days in advance of your
scheduled arrival, your prepayment will be refunded less a $300
cancellation fee. On cancellations received within 60 days of your
scheduled arrival, no refund is possible unless we are able to re-
rent the property for your original dates.

*Monthly rentals only. Monroe County requires a 28-day minimal
rental. You will be required to sign a 28-day lease. However,
discounts may be considered for shorter periods of stay.

*Higher rates apply for holidays and special events.
*All rentals require a refundable security deposit of $3000 USD.
*A $150 cleaning fee is required for all rentals
