situated 5 blocks from Duval St. and 1 block from Key West Harbor
water front boardwalk, sunset activities, great waterfront restaurants
and the fishing,snorkeling and dive boats.
High ceilings, hardwood floors, French Doors, Dade County Pine walls,
ceiling fans, porches & patios are among the many beautiful Key West
features of this conch home. Eight French doors open from the living
room onto your private, gated, lush tropical patio surrounding a
largepool and sun deck on the second floor.
Overlooking the pool, the living room and kitchen are open and
spacious. The kitchen counter/bar seats 4 and the dining room table
seats six. The pool/patio area allows lovely outdoor dining

The second bedroom with a queen size bed opens onto a sun deck with
stairs leading down to the pool. The third bedroom has twin beds. All
bedrooms have T.V's and Dade County Pine walls.
The baths feature large windows allowing lots of natural light.

Jan-March= $5000 TO $6500
April-June= $4000 TO $5000
July-September= $3000 TO $5000
October-December= $3500 TO $5000
Credit cards, pay pal, cashiers checks, money order and travelers
checks in US dollars.
Bookings made more than 45 days before arrival require payment of
50% of the rent, security deposit and the 11.5% tax within 14 days
of booking. The final payment of 50% is due 30 days before
arrival. Bookings made within 45 days of arrival require payment in
full within 3 days of booking. On cancellations received more than 60
days in advance of your
scheduled arrival, your prepayment will be refunded less a $300
cancellation fee. On cancellations received within 60 days of your
scheduled arrival, no refund is possible unless we are able to re-
rent the property for your original dates.
*Monthly rentals only. Monroe County requires a 28-day minimal
rental. You will be required to sign a 28-day lease. However,
discounts may be considered for shorter periods of stay.
*Higher rates apply for holidays and special events.
*All rentals require a refundable security deposit of $3000 USD.
*A $150 cleaning fee is required for all rentals
