internet for your computer, bath robes(4),toiletries, and even a
barbeque grill, PLUS...2000 square feet of fun! You can RELAX, but
the kids won't want to...so we have flat screen TV's in 3 of the 4
bedrooms with cable and built in DVD's, a Sony Wii interactive
gaming system (Sooo fun!),a game room with air hockey and ping pong
not to mention...your own private screen enclosed heated pool. That
is just the house! The resort offers a 6500 sq ft. clubhouse with
game room (coming soon), excercise

3 night Rental Minimum
Rentals under 7 nights require a $90 cleaning fee.
$300.00 refundable damage deposit required to hold reservation.
Rental fee due full 6 weeks prior to reservation.
Rates plus 12% Polk County tax and 3% surcharge for credit card
payments. Pool heat provided on a seasonal basis at $25/dy
additional.
