VillageArt AspenRidge Haus is a Swiss style chalet strategically
located in the St. Anton Highlands for nature-loving,
recreation-loving, and culture-loving visitors near

-Eldora Skiing, great skiing known mainly to the locals,

-the scenic Peak-To-Peak Scenic Byway, ranging north-south along the

VillageArt AspenRidge Haus is located at an altitude of 8400 feet, 16
miles from the Boulder city limit, making it a mere 22 minute drive
from Boulder up scenic Boulder Canyon. This makes it the ideal
get-away for parties of 4 to 12 planning a short or extended visit to
the Boulder area. With advanced planning even more than 12 can be
accommodated in the spacious AspenRidge Haus!

Features. The VillageArt AspenRidge Haus is 4600 square feet of
luxurious living space, hand-crafted in fine wood. It features 4
bedrooms with other rooms (studio and office, not pictured here) also
equipped with queen size beds for 12 to sleep in complete comfort.
There are 3 1/2 baths, one with 2-person Jacuzzi. There is a complete
laundry on the second floor. AspenRidge is fully equipped down to the
silverware and pots & pans. With your luggage, sports gear, and
groceries, you are ready for a great stay in the Alpine woods of the
Colorado high country. 

Vacation Rental Amenities

    This is a complete and huge home with all the things real 
families
need. The master bath includes a jacuzzi. The 4600 square feet
AspenRidge Haus has 4 separate living/gathering areas: family room,
parlor, entertainment room, and top floor studio. This is sufficient
space for festive gathering of 25 people or more. Large festive
gatherings may require a special security deposit. Contact the
reservations manager to find out. We are happy to provide special
services to meet such needs.

Activities and Attractions

    The VillageArt AspenRidge Haus is great for festive get-togethers
in the scenic mountains. Great recreational opportunities, unique to
the Rock Mountains, are accessible from AspenRidge. Downhill skiing,
cross-country and back-country skiing, hiking trails of all degrees 
of
difficulty, including virtually endless along-the-divide trails, the
Rocky Mountain National Park, Indian Peaks Wilderness Area, Central
City gambling are all closeby. Eldora Ski Resort is an easy 15 
minutes
drive away. Fourth of July Trailhead is 5 miles west of nearby 
Eldora.
Brainard Lake, west of Ward, is a modest 20 minute drive away along
Peak-To-Peak Scenic Byway; Brainard Lake is open only during the
summer season, but Brainard cross-country skiing runs longer.

Vacation Rental Rates

Daily Rates

The daily rate is $360.00/ day for 4 persons. Additional persons are
$50 per night per person-pair, limit 12 total persons. This 
additional
charge is THE SAME FOR CHILDREN AS ADULTS. This is for use of the
property. Occupants may wash their dishes and keep house according to
custom or use our housekeeping service. By reservation, housekeeping
services are available at $30/hr, actual hours used and billed to 
your
account. Bed linen and fresh towels are provided for change twice per
week. Up to 12 day guests (not sleeping on the premises) are
permitted; please inform reservations manager before inviting guests.
Festive events (which we ENCOURAGE) can be planned with prior
arrangements through the manager. The site is wonderful for such use.
Pets are not permitted within VillageArt AspenRidge Haus. Let us know
if you need pet accomodations.  See Holiday rate addendum at bottom
for November 20 to January 5 time frame and for CU graduation May 10 
to May 20.

Reservation deposit (day-denominated stay) is half of the two-day
amount for 4 people (or $360.00). Deposit is 95% refundable if
cancellation is made 60 days or more before the reservation begin
date. This non-refundable portion is due to credit card charges and
other handling costs. Deposit is half refunded if cancellation is 
made 30 days or more before reservation begin date. Sorry, no refund 
within 30 days of reservation date; this is consideration for 
business turned away due to your reservation. We are flexible. If 
you prefer a different basic service than described here, just ask.

Weekly Rates

The weekly rate is $1800.00 for 4 persons. Additional persons are
$250.00/per week per person pair, limit 12 total persons. This
additional charge is THE SAME FOR CHILDREN AS ADULTS. This is for use
of the suite. Reservation deposit is half of the single week amount.
Deposit is 95% refundable if cancellation is made 10 weeks or more
before the reservation begin date. This non-refundable portion is due
to credit card charges and other handling costs. Deposit is half
refunded if cancellation is made 6 weeks or more before reservation
begin date.  See Holiday rate addendum at bottom for November 20 to
January 5 time frame and for CU graduation May 10 to May 20. 

Monthly Rates

The monthly rate is $6600.00 for 4 persons. Additional person-pairs
are $750/ per month, limit 12 total persons. This additional charge 
is THE SAME FOR CHILDREN AS ADULTS. The same use rules apply as for 
daily and weekly use. Reservation deposit is half the single month 
amount.  Deposit is 95% refundable if cancellation is made 12 weeks 
or more before the reservation begin date. This non-refundable 
portion is due to credit card charges and other handling costs. 
Deposit is half refunded if cancellation is made 8 weeks or more 
before reservation begin date.  See Holiday rate addendum at bottom 
for November 20 to January 5 time frame and for CU graduation May 10 
to May 20. 

Holiday Rates 
For reservations for November 20, 2006 to Jan 3, 2007 special holiday
rates apply: $500/day, $2400/week, $8000/month.
