Welcome to Sugar Ski and Country Club! Our Lovely 1 Bedroom Loft
Condo is situated at the top of Sugar Mountain, North Carolina with
magnificent long range mountain and sunset views. Your mountain top
summer and winter
wonderland!
Our condominium is privately owned. It has a wood burning fireplace,
fully equipped kitchen, cable TV and phone. All you have to do is
bring yourself, food, clothes, and some extra towels for the pool
and the rest is here!
For a great family vacation, summer is wonderful time to visit North
Carolina. Golf, tennis, biking, horseback riding, white water
rafting, fishing, mining for gems, hiking..., are just some of the
many activities that await you this summer.
Fall is a great time to be in the High Country. You can still play
golf, attend the Woolly Worm
Festival, go shopping, especially at the wonderful antique stores or
just simply experience the
beautiful changing of the leaves and cut your own Christmas tree to
start your holiday season off in
wonderful style! You haven't experienced Fall, until you've done so
in the High Country.
And Winter, with its majestic, snow covered beauty, brings with it
all of the fun of the area's ski resorts, holiday shopping, cozying
up by a warm fireplace...and more!
Ready to ski? We have an onsite ski shop that is exclusively for you
as a guest at Sugar Ski and Country Club! You will also enjoy our
sauna, pool and Jacuzzi, all onsite!
We are located on the Big Red slope of Sugar Mountain, offering
slope side lodging! Just a few steps outside
your door and you are ready to ski.
You've earned that long getaway or vacation! How about a place with
all of the many comforts of home, where summers provide warm days,
but never hot and cool nights? Temps in the 70's in the day and 60's
at night. How about a place with convenience to hundreds of
wonderful recreational and cultural activities year-round?

of downtown Banner Elk are all located close-by.

Security deposits required at or before check-in.
Advanced deposit of half of the total rent is required to hold/book
unit.
CANCELLATION POLICY - All cancellations must be in writing. Advance
deposit minus cancellation fee will be refunded if the
cancellation request is 30 days prior to arrival. No refunds
will be made for cancellations less than 15 days prior to arrival
unless the unit and same dates reserved can be rented.
NO REFUNDS for early check-outs.
