Vacation Rental Description

As you enter the courtyard through the carved wood doors across the  
newly tiled private courtyard that leads you to the new double entry  
front doors, you anticipate the lavish surroundings on the other  
side.  This private courtyard also offers a new above ground, 4-6  
person, multi-jet spa to relax those tired golf/tennis muscles or to  
enjoy a starlit interlude.  This 2,286 sq ft 3BR 3.5BA Seville model  
has been recently totally remodeled including all new tile and lush  
carpet flooring, furnishings throughout and entertainment/media  
centers in living room and bedrooms.  The floor plan includes 2  
master suites, one with a king bed and the other with two queen  
beds, and both bedroom bathrooms have showers as well as Jacuzzi  
tubs.  The separate guest casita, just across the courtyard, has  
it's owne full bath, king bed and entertainment center, too.  The  
expanded Saltillo tile Mountain Golf course viewing back patio  
inlcudes gas BBQ grill, lounges and a fabulous view down the 10th  
fairway to the Santa Rosa Mountains.  The gourmet kitchen has all  
new cabinetry, appliances, granite countertops/splashes and tile  
flooring plus a cozy breakfast nook.  All in all, this is one very  
extraordinary vacation house, and it is within walking distance to 5  
La Quinta Resort restaurants!  Restaurants and shopping (including a  
grocery and meal/snack delivery service that is available from over  
32 restaurants-Restaurant Express) are available in the nearby  
village of La Quinta, the new ever expanding "Old Town La Quinta",  
with its quaint boutiques and eateries, and beyond.  Also available  
are the sports and spa facilities of the La Quinta Resort Hotel and  
Spa.  We have several other models to choose from and other  
locations with rates from $2,000 to $4,900 weekly and $5,400 to  
$13,900 monthly.
