Vacation Rental Description

This fully furnished two bedroom, two bathroom "split-master floor 
plan" condo sleeps four.  The unit is on the second floor and has a 
beautiful view of Red Mountain and the desert. Both bedrooms and the 
living room have patio doors opening onto the balcony where you can 
sit and watch the wildlife or the "play of light" as the sunlight 
travels across the mountains.

Fountain Hills is a beautiful scenic town nestled in a valley 
created by the McDowell Mountains, Four Peaks, Tonto National Park 
and Red Mountain.  Located only minutes from Scottsdale and 25 miles 
from Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport, it is an easy destination.

The world's tallest fountain is located in the heart of town. 
Mountains and gorgeous blue sky make an extraordinary backdrop for 
the water display.  Walking paths and picnic areas surround the lake 
and park.  The town boasts numerous shops, cafes, restarants and 
saloons.

Vacation Rental Amenities

This air conditioned, smoke-free condo is fully furnished with all 
the amenities of home.

Master suite has a queen size bed and linens, walk-in closet, full 
bath and cable TV.  Doorwall opens to the balcony.

Second suite has a queen size bed and linens, two large closets, 
full bath and cable TV.  Doorwall opens to the balcony.

Living and dining area is open to the kitchen.  Cable TV 
player are in the living space.

Full kitchen has microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, refrigerator, 
stove, cookware, dishes and linens.

Laundry room with full-size washer and dryer is adjacent to the 
kitchen.

Designated covered parking.

Shared heated pool with separate whirlpool hot tub, is located close 
to this unit.

Fitness center/weight room.

BBQ grill (in pool area).
