suite on the lanai/pool area has two large walk in closets, huge  
walk in shower, roman tub, two vanity units and separate toilet.   
Three separate rooms open to the pool/spa/deck area with triple  
sliding glass doors.  
The pool deck has table, chairs, loungers, BBQ grill, and has a  
heated and lighted pool and spa.  
Very centrally located.  Easily accessible via Interstate 75 and  
located 12 miles from Sarasota/Bradenton airport or 35 miles from  
Tampa/St. Petersburg airport.

stainless steel major appliances, exercise equipment, washer &  
dryer, grill, pool toys (basketball hoop, volleyball, etc). Bikes,  
and sporting equipment are also included and available to use.

Activities and Attractions

This location is ideally located just minutues from I75 beside  
Lakewood Ranch, a brand new planned community between Sarasota and  
Bradenton.  Many shopping opportunities abound with Florida's  
largest outlet mall in Ellenton just 5 miles away and the world  
renowned St.Armands shopping center just 12 miles.  Beaches such as  
Lido Key, Longboat Key, Siesta Key, and Casey Key are also just  
minutes away.   
There are a number of spring training major league baseball sites  
located in the immediate area as well. Many movie theaters located  
in close proximity.
