Sound and the Gulf!It is island living at its best! It is a great one bedroom, one bathroom
townhouse and we are open and waiting on your visit. Our pool is beautiful and ready to be
enjoyed. We have great rates and dates available. Always ask about our specials! Enjoy our little
slice of paradise on Navarre Beach-private,fun in the sun! We are centrally located between the
Gulf and the Sound,perpendicular to the Gulf with direct public access across the street. We are
soundside on Navarre Beach - where the " quiet water" lies. We are close to the walking/biking path
and close to the new public boat ramps and state park area. Great location and great price!
The weather is wonderful during every season and our townhouse is the perfect place offered at the
perfect price! Come and spend a few days, a few weeks or a month with us! If you have never been
to Navarre Beach you have missed the best vacation spot in the Panhandle. Our Caribbean style
townhouse has been completely redone and is so cute , beachy and has everything you need to relax
and enjoy your time on our wonderful island. This unit has been professionally decorated. The
appliances, built in microwave, dishwasher, and fully equipped kitchen.
With our newly renourished beach done in 2006-2007 we have added more than 50 ft of beach and
depth. The summer season brings out boats, waverunners, surfers, fishermen, etc. and the fall
season brings out our bike riders, runners, walkers and boaters. Recreational vehicles are
available at several locations on the beach. Volleyball is always going in front of Juana's, our
local nightspot, which is a short walk from the townhouse.
Our island and beach is family oriented. We are protected by the state park to the west and the
National Seashore to our east.
Trad Winds is a small complex with only 12 units.We have a great pool that is open now and waiting
for your visit. We have a lower balcony with an outdoor shower area and a gas grill for your use
during your stay. The bedroom is upstairs and has a queen poster bed for your enjoyment. There s a
sitting area upstairs with a TV and DVD player.
Downstairs is a great living space. There you will find a queen sleeper sofa, entertainment center,
kitchen and bar area with ceramic tile. There are ample linens and the kitchen is completely
equipped. The townhouse comfortably sleeps 4 but is a perfect getaway for 2. It is a NO SMOKING
unit and no pets are allowed. We are open and ready and waiting your visit! We have many great
weeks and nights available for
your enjoyment.
