Vacation Rental Description

looking for. This beautiful, spacious and nicely laid out townhome 
has many amenities that escalate the tranquility of the spectacular 
view. Located off Highway 40 and overlooking the Jordanelle 
Reservoir, this townhome provide convenient access, with excellent 
road conditions between the highway, house and Jordanelle Gondola to 
Deer Valley, as well as to all the major ski resorts and towns. Deer 
Valley Ski Resort is nearly out your back door with close-in parking 
and a valet to help you and the kids unload their skis and 
equipment.  You are thirty minutes from Salt Lake City and fifteen 
minutes from the slopes at Park City Mountain Resort and The 
Canyons.  You are also twenty minutes from a peaceful day of fly 
fishing on the Provo River.

The townhome provides comfortable furniture in two distinct living 
areas, giving big groups the room to spread out and relax after a 
full day of skiing.  Not to mention the comfortable beds and hot tub 
to relax in.

50% due at time of reservation; balance due 7 days prior to arrival

$500 Security Deposit; refunded 7 days after departure
