Luxuriously furnished.  Large Family Room/Dining Area, HDTV, DVD/VHS 
player.  Dining Room table seats six.  Extra Large Master Bedroom 
Suite has a king size bed and a generous seating area. TV with 
DVD/VHS player.  Master Bath has double sink, shower, private 
commode and large walk-in closet.  Guest Bedroom has queen size 
bed.  Den with desk and availability of high-speed internet upon 
renter's request, at additional cost.  Large Gourmet Kitchen/Dinette 
Area with all new appliances.  Utility Room has new front-loading 
washer and dryer.  Patio has gas BBQ with table and four 
swivel/rocker chairs and two chaise lounges. 

Vacation Rental Amenities

Very nicely furnished, air conditioned, five ceiling fans, crystal 
chandelier, local phone service, cable TV, two TV's, two DVD/VHS 
players, full kitchen with new gas range, refrigerator, microwave, 
dishwasher, front-loading washer and dryer, coffee maker, toaster, 
CD player, cordless phones, pots and pans, glasses, dishes, 
silverware, linens/towels, vacuum, iron and ironing board, gas grill.

Activities and Attractions

Sun City Grand is a friendly, active adult community(one person must 
be 55+).  Sun City Grand has something for every interest.  Four 
championship golf courses to choose from with two Pro-shops.  Two 
club houses with indoor/outdoor swimming pools, lap pools, 
indoor/outdoor hot tubs, two fitness centers and personal trainers 
available, indoor/outdoor walking tracks, tennis courts, bocce ball, 
softball, billiards, hiking/walking trails to mention a few. 
Activity Center which offers classes in area such as:  woodworking, 
stained glass, ceramics, art, painting, sewing, etc.  Social 
activities abound including, guest entertainment, ballroom dancing, 
library and meeting rooms, business services, computer lab, mutiple 
on-campus resturants, organized sight-seeing and travel services 
available

January - March..........$3,000/Month, including utilities
December & April.........$2,400/Month, including utilities
May - November...........$2,000/Month, utilities extra

$1,000.00 Security Deposit, refunded if property is left undamaged

$150.00 Cleaning Fee

$100.00/person, Sun City Grand Membership Fee (2 max/household)
