Vacation Rental Description

Our home is LOCATED at 313 36th Steet, Newport Beach, Ca 92663.  
We are on the corner of 36th and Marcus. This bottom unit has a cozy, welcoming feeling for a great  
getaway. The comfy living area makes for a great conversation room. Or to get some relax time lay  
down on one of the two queen size beds and just lounge. The beach is only a short hop, skip and a  
jump away.(Literally 13 houses away). Also, right down the way is the local park with a playground  
and basketball court.  
 
There is a great canal view in both directions, that just across street. It has a wonderful patio  
for enjoying the outdoors and the great neighbors. Less than a 2 minute walk to Albertsons for some  
groceries, or the local restaurants for some dinner. 
 

Vacation Rental Amenities

Cable TV (in all rooms), VCR, DVD, 42" Flat screen TV in living  
room, and 32" flat screen in bedroom, Internet access, Stereo with CD  
player.                                                               
     
Full Kitchen, Microwave, Refrigerator, BBQ, Washer and Dryer, Patio  
with chairs, linens provided.

$95.00 Cleaning fee (non-refundable) 
$500.00 Sec. Deposit (returned at check-out providing home is in same 
condition as check in)
