This one bedroom condo is known for its great location, directly on  
the Intracoastal Waterway and is steps from the world famous Fort  
Lauderdale Beach.  It is located just behind the new oceanfront St.  
Regis Hotel. The condo is located on the third floor of a small six  
story building.  Great views of the Intracoastal Waterway from  
either the balcony or poolside dock.  The water taxi will pick you  
up dockside.  The famous Fort Lauderdale strip is steps away and  
features hotels, fine shopping and dining.  Marinas, deep-sea  
fishing, the International Swimming Hall of Fame, diving schools,  
Broward Center for the Performing Arts and the fabulous Las Olas  
Boulevard are mionutes away.  The Fort Lauderdale/Hollywood  
International Airport is a short 15 minute drive.  Port Everglades,  
an embarking port of call for many cruise lines, is also a short 5  
minute drive.

Queen bed and a queen sleeper sofa; linens, towels (no beach towels)  
and equipped kitchen with full size refrigerator, stove and  
microwave.  Large living room with seperate dining area.  Bedroom  
has large closet and ceiling fan.  The condo has air conditioning,  
TV, DVD and VCR.  Sleeps 1 to 4 people. 
 
There is a dock from which you can fish or suntan.  The pool is  
heated in the winter and the gas grill is nearby so you can grill  
and enjoy your meals overlooking the Intracoastal Waterway at the  
poolside tables.  Laundry facilities are on premise and parking is  
available for only one car.  It is a gated condo complex.  NO  
SMOKING, NO PETS 
 
A GREAT PLACE TO STAY EITHER BEFORE OR AFTER YOUR CRUISE.  PROPERTY IS ONLY FIVE MINUTES FROM PORT  
EVERGLADES WHERE MULTIPLE CRUISE LINES DOCK.  PLEASE CALL FOR RATES.

YEARLY RATE-- $1075 PLUS ELECTRIC, CABLE AND PHONE 
CRUISE RATE -- Call for details. 
 
Check, Cash or Money Order.  Deposit of $600 is required to confirm  
reservation.  Balance due 45 days prior to arrival. Cleaning fee:  
$75.  Refundable securty deposit required:  $200.  Sales & Hotel tax  
is 11%.  No refunds for cancellations with 60 days or early  
departures.  Rates subject to change without notice until confirmed.
