This 2000 square foot condominium is conveniently nestled among 
white sands a mere walking distance from restaurants, grocery 
stores, shopping and entertainment.
 
The Amara contains 90 luxurious living suits in a peaceful gated 
community under 24 hour security watch.  This particular suit is 
located on the 8th floor with a main living area that opens up to 
breathtaking panoramic views of the ocean and exquisite gold and 
fuchsia sunsets. The two towers are designed with 30 residences in 
each, two residences per floor, combining the privacy of home with 
the feel of a high-end vacation resort.
 
Your Own Piece of Paradise
 
Wake up to the site and sounds of the sea in one of two master 
bedrooms with an ocean view and private patio access. Two additional 
rooms face the golf course and each has lush tropical mountain views 
and stunning panoramic portraits of Ixtapa. Each bedroom is complete 
with its own  bathroom for maximum privacy.
 
Cook fresh caught fish and prepare drinks in the fully-stocked, 
expansive kitchen area which includes a granite bar, stainless 
appliances and a gas range - perfect for entertaining.  During the 
evening, gather friends, family, and take a seat on the impressive 
patio and watch the changing tides over an icy-cold cerveza. 
 
Spend lazy afternoons reading under a canopied poolside, or take in 
a perfect cloudless day floating in the beautiful infinity pool. A 
small wading pool provides ideal afternoon entertainment for smaller 
children while all guests can enjoy a delicious variety of drinks 
and snacks made by Amara’s personal bartender. (This beach front bar 
is a service provided by the association where drinks are served at 
cost) 
 
Take a small flight of stairs through carefully manicured tropical 
foliage and open the gate for a new world entirely; The vast expanse 
of pristine sands and clear, sapphire blue ocean provide the perfect 
backdrop to a variety of activities from Jet Skiing to Parasailing.

enjoy every minute of your own tropical paradise.
