Welcome to "The Humming-bird House” This beautiful home is located 
in central Tucson, by the Historical Fort Lowell District (Glenn and 
Swan) right behind Tucson Medical Center on a quiet cul-de-sac 
street. Enjoy the peaceful backyard, and feel like you are miles 
from anything, but step out the door to everything. It’s in the 
middle of everything! Across the street from Tucson Medical Center, 
walking distance to the River Walk, Fort Lowell Park, shops, 
restaurants. Minutes from UofA, UMC, Sabino Canyon. Close to the Gem 
Show, Baseball Spring Training and all you need! This lovely home 
welcomes you from the moment you enter. If you come and stay once, 
you will book it for your next stay in Tucson for sure!

  

Vacation Rental Amenities

This fully furnished inviting home has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a library/den. It has been 
totally remodeled and feels like new. Sleeps from 1 to 5 persons. Fully stocked kitchen, breakfast 
bar, microwave, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, blender, toaster and coffee maker, cooking 
accessories, dishes and silverware. One queen bed, one full bed and a sofa-twin size with linens and 
towels. Laundry room equipped with washer and dryer. TV, VCR, and internet. Beautiful furnishings, 
ceramic tile in traffic areas and carpet in the bedrooms.
Stunning enclosed yard with grass, and gas grill to enjoy outdoor 
living. Pretty good bird watching on the back porch!

Vacation Rental Rates

May-August 2008            $500 a Week or $1100 Mo.
Sept-October 2008          $600 a Week or $1200 Mo.
Nov 2008                   $750 a Week or $1400 Mo.
Dec 2007-April 2008        $800 a Week or $1500 Mo.
$500 Deposit that will serve also as refundable security deposit. It will be returned no later that 
10 days after departure. $100 non-refundable cleaning fee per month or per stay. 
Ask about discounts for extended stay monthly rates (3 months or more). 
Full payment at time of arrival. No refunds for cancellations less than 60 days of reservation, 
unless a replacement customer is obtained. Rates and terms subject to change. Please call or e-mail
