condo has a large living and dining room with sliders that open to  
the lanai. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and the guest  
room has 2 twin beds.  The master bedroom has a walk in closet with  
a large dressing and washing area.  There is a walk in shower in the  
master bedroom and a tub with a shower in the guest bath.  There is  
a TV in the living room and a DVD player along with a couch and a  
love seat. The unit is completely furnished including towels,  
linens, microwave, coffee pot, toaster oven, dishes, glasses, pots  
and pans, iron and ironing board, dishwasher and a separate laundry  
area in the unit.

Vacation Rental Amenities

The Newport Condominiums are close to I-75 and Kings Hwy. for easy  
access to shopping, restaurants, and places of worship. You won't  
even know the highway is any where near the complex.  It is very  
private.

Activities and Attractions

Close to golf courses, fishing, shoppping and Fisherman's Village or  
take an excursion on Charlotte Harbor.  Take a 30 minute drive to  
Englewood Beach or try Fort Myers Beach and the surrounding areas.   
Orlando is about a 2 hour ride.  Punta Gorda/PortCharlote areas have

Florida taxes, cleaning fee and $500 rental reservation is required.
