Boat Dock for 3 Boats up to 60' - The secure boat dock is available FREE to renters. 
 
Full 4-sided Redwood Deck Around the Home with Handrail Lighting, Glass Top Tables, Chairs,  
Umbrellas - Coleman Propane Barbeque, Large Auto Parking Space, Combination Front Door Lock - Custom  
Set for Each Renter, Large, spacious Living Room with Three Sofas, Additional Separate Dining Space 
42" LCD TV with Satellite and Free Showtime, Bose Wave System with AM/FM/CD, Maytag Neptune Washer  
and Dryer

Features a courtesy dock for your use during your stay which will  
moor boats up to 60 feet in length with power and water available. 
 
Enjoy the spectacular view from the deck while you barbecue or watch  
the sunset.

The California Delta offers a spectacular recreation area which  
includes:  water sports (skiing, personal watercrafts, boating)  
swimming, fishing, biking, golf, watching birds and animals in  
their natural habitat, exploring Delta river towns, visit local

Vacation Rental Rates

(May 1 - October 31) $350/night(2 Night Minimum) 
(May 1 - October 31) $2250/week (7 Nights, Includes 1 Weekend) 
(May 1 - October 31) Monthly rental available; call for information 
 
(November 1 - April 30) $300/adult/night (2 Night Minimum) 
(November 1 - April 30) $1950/week (7 Nights, Includes 1 Weekend) 
 
Holidays -  $400/adult/night (2 Night Minimum) 
Holidays -  $2650/week (7 Days, Includes 1 Weekend)  
Holiday rates apply on Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day,  
Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years and will be subject to a 2  
night minimum.  
 
All rates plus a $100 non-refundable cleaning fee. 
 
Prices subject to change 
 
Deposit of $500 must be made within 7 days of booking reservation.
