Vacation Rental Description

Recently renovated and remodeled with high-end amenities and
furnishings, this very special 1 bedroom / 1 bath condo situated in
central Palm Springs will become one of your favorite retreats. 

The condo is located about a mile to the center of downtown Palm
Springs (Palm Canyon & Tahquitz Canyon Drives), casinos, fine dining,
shopping, and nightlife. You'll also enjoy being close to the airport,
shopping, and golf. 

This is a small complex of condos that feels very much like a resort.
It is quiet, lush, and relaxing with two newly resurfaced pools, a
newly resurfaced spa, and new pool decking. 

Everything done in the remodel of this unit was done to high
standards. You will enjoy a very comfy new Simmons Beautyrest bed,
400-thread count sheets, a walk-in closet with plenty of wood hangers,
gas BBQ, a private walled back patio, stainless steel gas range &
oven, stainless steel microwave, stainless steel ultra-quiet Bosch
dishwasher, stainless steel refrigerator, free WiFi broadband access,
DVD player, 27" color TV with extended cable, modern sectional sofa
(converts to queen pull-out bed), and much more. All flooring
materials were recently replaced with modern flooring materials, all
walls have been freshly painted, and all fixtures in the bath are new.
The complex has a common laundry area about 20-25 steps from this unit
with two washers and two dryers (no W/D in the unit itself). 

We remodeled this condo for ourselves as a getaway home ... stayed in
it a few times when we lived out of state, then fell in love with Palm
Springs so much we moved to town. You can rest assured that the
amenities and furnishings in the condo were chosen so that we would be
comfortable. We know you, too, will enjoy the comfort and relaxation
here.

Jan, Feb, Mar ....... $1800/month


We do not rent for any period of less than 28 days.
The final cleaning fee is included in the monthly rental fee.
$300 security deposit (fully refundable within 7 days of departure if
there is no damage).
