The Grey Oak Cottage is a historic 1940's bungalow with 3 bedrooms, 
fireplace, private hot tub and free internet. The Arts and Crafts era 
fireplace is the focal point of the living area and there's also a 27 
inch TV with 70 channels. The neighborhood is great for walking or 
bikes. The fenced yard is perfect for kids and pets. There is a king 
bedroom, a queen bedroom and a 3rd bedroom with 2 pencil post twins.

Only One mile from historic Main Street Hendersonville or a 20 minute 
walk! But remember, you're also in the midst of America's #1 
waterfall area, with hundreds of waterfalls and hiking trails only 
minutes away.

Count the stars from your hot tub or snuggle next to the fire.

Historic charm with all the modern luxuries you expect such as high 
speed internet, cable TV, central heat and air and more. Full 
equipped and ready for your visit.
