views from every room with floor to ceiling glass sliding doors  
opening to the spacious 28 ft. balcony. Sixth floor with a beautiful  
view of the sunset, overlooking the beach.  
Our unit offers 1150 sq. ft. of space with lighted walk-in closet in  
Master, along with a sitting area for your privacy, if you so  
desire. Master suite also includes a king size bed, while the second  
bedroom, with its, own private entrance, includes 2 full size beds.  
The living room is equipped with a queen size sleeper sofa,  
recliner, and rocker, along with a flat screen TV, VCR, DVD, and  
cable. (Currently working on high speed internet connection).  
The fully equipped kitchen (with new appliances) includes ceramic  
counter tops, a bar seating area for 3, along with a table for 2.  
The beautiful formal dining area seats 6 on the 84" beveled glass
