Vacation Rental Amenities

Our 4 bedroom house offers you:
Beautiful open floor plan, includes living room, fully equipped 
kitchen with breakfast bar, and breakfast table w/four chair as well 
as a 6 chair dining area, Within distance is the seating area, 
facing the pool  where you can sit and relax and enjoy.   
double twin bed, boy and girls room, also 2 master bedroom, 1 full 
bath and a master bath w/garden tub to relax and pamper yourself. 
Double sinks for him/her.
Beautiful patio w/pool and seating area where you can enjoy the 
sounds of nature.
Washer and Dryer
Telephone for local calls ,playstation 2 ,air hockey
tv/dvd/vcr to play your favorite movies

Vacation Rental Rates

NO LOW  or HIGH  season, just one low rate no matter when you decided to 
come.  All Season $99 per night
ITS CHEAP BECAUSE THERE IS NO MIDDLEMAN  YOU ARE DIRECTLY INTERACTING WITH THE OWNERS AND WE KNOW 
ECONOMY IS DOWN SO  COMMON IN
DEPOSIT of $100 per week required @ time of booking - bal paid in 
full prior to vacation ($100  will be refunded after home is 
inspected within a week)
