secluded location in the heart of Gulfport's Art/Beach district.   
Just 1 1/2 blocks from Williams Pier and sunny Gulfport Beach, this  
generously landscaped and lit property is private and quiet, yet  
ideally located in the heart of it all. 
 
High celings and fourteen windows give this generously proportioned  
second-floor apartment a very spacious feel. 
 
Beautiful double French doors separate the living room and bedroom.   
The airy, updated bath has a generous shower.   
 
Creamy whites in the kitchen and bath compliment the tropical Bamboo  
Stalk green covering the living and bedroom walls.  Wicker and  
rattan furnishings create lush, tropical beach surroundings.  
 
Pets welcome! 
 
Although the apartment is on the second floor, the space below is  
not occupied.  However, the stairs may not be suitable for very  
small children.

Rates below based on 7 night stays.  Shorter stays are available, nightly rate higher. 2-night min. 
 
May - July $100 night plus tax & cleaning 
August - Nov 08 $90 night plus tax & cleaning 
Dec 08 - Apr 09   $120 per night plus tax & cleaning 
 
All rates subject to $75 departure cleaning fee.  
 
All rates and the cleaning fee are subject to 12% state/county tax

One week or less: $300: balance due 3 weeks prior 
Longer than one week up to one month: $500 balance due 3 weeks prior 
Longer than one month: $700 balance due 60 days prior 
 
The deposit may be paid via cash, cashier's check, money order. 
 
From $60 to $198 per night depending on time of year and length of stay.  ($60 per night based on 1  
month stay August - November and $198 nightly rate based on 2 night stay December through April.   
Weekly stays average $114 per night, taxes and departure cleaning included.)
